Carefree

You can live a carefree life. Our Maintenance Department handles all repairs on a timely basis. Smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, and furnace filters are changed and checked on a regular schedule. If you go on vacation or go south for the winter, the maintenance man will check regularly to make sure there are no problems in your unit. Don't walk outside to your mailbox. Take care of all your postal needs at our mail box alcove. Order the newspaper and it will be delivered every morning to your door. Need your car washed. We have a car wash bay that is free for you to use.

Friendly

Cornerstone is a friendly and active community. We have a monthly birthday party, social events, game nights, Wii bowling, chorus, Lunch Bunch, etc. Do you like to play Scrabble? Tai Chi is on Friday. There is always a puzzle in the Community Room to work on. Men's and Womens coffee gatherings are available when you want to socialize.

Secure

Security is important to us. All the exterior doors and windows are locked. Your guests must be buzzed in at the front door. Every evening one or two members will walk the halls and garage to make sure all exterior doors and windows are locked. Under ground parking keeps your car safe from the elements.
